1. Overview
This website is operated by SheerSnug ("we", "us", "our"), Via San Carlo 7, 20038 Busto Garolfo (MI), Italy. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order, and you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and the sheer-look effect may vary with skin tone and lighting. Size guidance is provided as a reference; if you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and may change without notice. Applicable discounts are shown in the cart or at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Shipping, refunds and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, replacements and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day cozy guarantee. These policies don't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are valid for a limited time, can't be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers. We may end or change promotions at any time.
8. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's your own and truthful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our store and marketing channels. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to SheerSnug or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.
11. Third-party services
Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers and review tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheerSnug is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.
